Every membership includes a personalized nutrition plan, tailored to your goals and lifestyle. You’ll get to choose from a library of meal options (including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and more), with plans updated monthly based on your progress

Not necessarily — some of our programmes include home-friendly options that require minimal equipment. If you want to check which plans are best suited to your setup, just drop us a DM on Instagram @bebothapp and we’ll point you in the right direction

Once you sign up, you’ll receive login instructions. Everything from your workouts to your nutrition plan and habit tracking will be available in one place through the BeBoth app

Life happens — our plans are flexible, and you can pick up where you left off at any time. There’s no “failing,” just adjusting and continuing

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Just make sure to cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle
